As announced in our last issue, André Tardif presents his latest production: Pleasure Inn. The movie is comprised of five scenes that are extremely pleasing to the eyes. After Northern Exposures and Canadian Cruising, André Tardif is back in full force and delivers what is undoubtedly his best work so far. In spite of the donjon scene, this movie is filled with tenderness and romance; the actors take the time to kiss and caress each other a little. Tardif follows an increasingly popular trend in which filmmakers mix different styles and body types, adding a certain variety to an otherwise boring world where, not so long ago, all the guys seemed cast out of the same mold.
The movie opens with Dias, the Inn's manager, asking Black to take care of Thomas, another Latino. In as a lamb, this scene between Black and Thomas is out as a lion. Forget breakfast: Black, who could no longer ignore his desire for Thomas, ends up being probed by a dildo before he is mounted on the kitchen table. Then, it's off to the Jacuzzi, where a tanned Dias and a blond, fair skinned Bronco tenderly cuddle and masturbate each other. Afterwards, they proceed to the sofa and engage in a languorous sucking session. Dias massages Billy's buttocks, who cannot wait a moment longer before taking him, and later gets fucked by his partner. In the third scene, we find Petrov, Sinclair and Cabot in a donjon, but do not expect any hardcore S&M here. Lying down in the sling, Sinclair sucks Cabot before getting sucked by Petrov. Cabot then slides a huge dildo inside Sinclair, and later fucks him. In the last mouth-watering scene, we see these gorgeous hunks in action. Black and Blake are perched on a rock, followed by the Dias, Bronco, and DeSève trio. They hungrily suck each other as the temperature is slowly rising. After a hot rimming session (skewer style), they end up on a haystack for the final orgy, where DeSève is being impaled by the other four!
Well shot by Tardif and well edited by the Channel 1 team, this movie's only flaw is the translation of the Alexandre and Ether scene. The French dialogues are inconsistent with the subtitles that were, shall we say, invented by the Americans… But this is a minor detail that will amuse Quebecers - and Americans will be totally oblivious to the blunder..
